Horrible place! Run as fast as you can. I wish I had read all these negative reviews. I had a tooth emergency and could not get an appointment with my regular dentist until the end of the week. I called and the receptionist gave me an appointment that evening - the girl who makes appointments is nice and makes you feel like to picked a great place. You arrive and the place is ghetto. They are rude and not at all helpful. I had to wait close to an hour. I explained my regular dentist took x-rays so I didn't need x rays and my insurance wouldn't pay for it. The billing person (who I did not get her name) said they would take limited x-rays. I am not a dentist so I have no idea what they took. I did not like the dentist and I did not like what he proposed to do so I walked out. Of course I get the bill and they charged me for full x-rays. I called the office and Renee the biller was completely rude. She said the girl I spoke to was not a biller so she couldn't have told me they would take limited x-rays. Then in order to have the x-rays transferred to my regular dentist I have to go in person - an hour round trip for me. She called me argumentative. Then she started questioning me why I didn't go to my regular dentist - since when do I have to explain to her?
