I recently signed onto my 3rd lease with Spectra (previously Trillium North). I moved the end of Oct 2013 from California. My Sales job moved their offices here asked that I come with them. I hired a realtor to help me find something as I did not have a lot of time to travel back and forth. I had looked at some other places but if I was going to be living away from my family I wanted to find a place that I could call home. I definitely found that here and I have been very happy.
Tara in the front office has been very helpful and sat with me when we went over my new lease. She was thorough and answered all my questions. The rest of the staff has always been friendly and helpful as well.
Maintenance is always professional and courteous. John is my buddy and he and Chris (whom is also fantastic) came and replaced my dishwasher the last time. They were very quick and were helpful in answering any other questions I had. Sean Talbot whom I have not met is the maintenance manager and very good about following up with me.
The complex is beautiful and has a lot of green and when people visit they always comment on the pool as it is beautiful and well maintained. There is always a staff member in the early mornings picking up any trash or cleaning up.
I have read about of some people complaining about noise. I don't know if they are just being sensitive or have never lived in an apartment community before but that kind of comes with the territory. I have never had any major noise complaints in the 2+ years I have been here. Either I have just been extremely lucky or the neighbors in my vicinity are saints.
Another complaint I have read is about dog waste. I have seen some improvement in that area having a dog myself there are doggie waste stations all over the community and that is the pet owners responsibility even though sometimes the gardeners do pick it up.
the gym is also pretty nice and they offer a free yoga class every Wed which I love. I highly recommend this community and plan to continue living here.
