If you have a fetish for pho, forget restaurants altogether and just make your own. Damn, people, it's not hard! Lemongrass Cafe's pho is just okay, but every restaurant's pho is just okay. BUT... if you bring a friend and just order the 7 Courses of Beef meal for two, they will rock your world, fill your stomachs, and barely scratch your lunch budget. I forget what it costs, but it's cheap. I think it's less than $20. I've long since forgotten what was in it (the seven courses showed a full spectrum of tastes), but I'll never forget that it was great.
