I have had a few different companies in to clean my carpets, and Alex and his son were BY FAR the nicest, most thorough and most helpful of anyone!
It is Alex's business, and he is the one who shows up to do the cleaning which is super rare.
I reached out on Wednesday last minute and asked for a Friday appointment and they fit me in even with short notice!
He noticed the hose was pulling up kitty litter, and asked to see my vacuum. He spent time looking over my vacuum and letting me know what was wrong with it. This wasn't something he HAD to do or was being paid to do. He really was helping me person to person. He even offered to pop the cover off and tool around if I wanted--I knew the vacuum was shot, so I told him not to bother. How cool is that? Very rare in this day and age to have someone actually provide true above and beyond service.
My carpets which were DISGUSTING (cat/toddler) look like new! The price is very reasonable and matches most of the other places around town--the service you get here is definitely worth the value.
I highly recommend them!
