The sheer incompetance of duquesne light company astonishes me. I have called several times over weeks in order to start service at my new residence and somehow they haven't approved me yet. I have sent them the new residential service application over 4 times and they somehow still don't have record of it. I called them earlier today and they said that they would call me back once they found record of my application which they never did. Even better, when I called to follow up on this, all the employees that have to do with applications went home early. I need service started by tomorrow and considering I started this process weeks ago, it shouldn't be too much to ask. I have never had such a terrible experience in my life for such a simple request.
