Terrible! I won't be back. I'll start with the good; car was fine, return experience was okay. Even the actual check-out time wasn't bad (for me). But... I waited in line literally 47 minutes before being helped. There were ~10 people in front of me, and the 4-5 folks working behind the counter were taking 10-15 minutes to check people out. NEVER seen anything so inefficient. (which made it all the more interesting when I checked out in a reasonable 3-4 minutes. I don't know what happened.) I was so relieved when I was finally done, went out to the car, and then... Sat in what must have been a deliberately fumigated car. Amazing the amount of smoke smell that can be fit into a car with 15K miles. But no way was I going to wait another hour to exchange, so off I went... To wait in line to exit - another 30 minutes+! Ridiculous. One guy was checking people through the security gate. Easily 5-7 minutes per car between license check, car walk-around, slow mosey to open the gate. Yawn. mosey back to the next car. OH. MY. LORD. I landed just before 2. Finally left the airport right after 4pm. Advantage had the best price by a few dollars. I will gladly pay significantly more next time ANYWHERE ELSE in order to avoid the ridiculous inefficiencies. Avoid at all costs until they get better management. IT IS NOT WORTH THE (slightly) LOWER COST!!!!
