Man, I am so behind... really thought I had reviewed this place already, but apparently not. Green Brothers Juice shares a space in the Overstreet Mall with the Energy Cafe. It's a great option for fresh juices and smoothies. Most of the time, I frequent this place for a meal replacement (mostly breakfast) but everything I've had here tastes great and (bonus) good for the body!
The staff are super friendly and warm - especially at 7:30 in the morning when you are struggling to wake up yourself and face work. You can tell that each order is made with care and effort to give their customers a great product that will also make them feel good for the rest of the day.
I love that they have a small hydroponics station that they are growing their own veggies and greens in! Super impressed since it is in a hallway that doesn't really get any natural light!!
Green Brothers goes really well with the Energy Cafe and is a great partnership especially with all the fast food options downtown. They also sell fresh bottled juices in a small refrigerator to the right of the cash register. I'm not a hardcore juicer, but I know those things are really hard to clean up (if you are a home juicer, more power to you), but since I'm Uptown, I'll let the Green Brothers guide me as far as what to put into a really yummy treat.
