My wife has a serious infection. She was asked for a stool sample ASAP. She picked up the two kits (though later proved to be missing a vial) at Quest on N. Rainbow Blvd., Las Vegas, NV. She was able to produce the sample and needed me to deliver it. However, that location closes early, so they said to drop it off at any Quest location. So, being later in the afternoon, I took it to their Mega Center (W. Lake Mead Blvd.) However, they said that they could not take it as I didn't have the order. Well, the N. Rainbow facility had kept the order and the W. Lake Mead center said that they couldn't even pull it up in their systems so as to receive the sample for testing. What poor systems this suggests--and what poor customer service! We lost a day here!
