Everything related to the reserving online and the in-store interaction was top notch! Monica called me first thing in the morning to confirm my reservation and was very pleasant and knowledgable. When we arrived at the store Monica greeted us warmly and had all our paperwork ready to go. She took us to see the unit and made sure that we were selecting the appropriately sized unit for our use.
