The work itself was completed by the craftsman in a very professional manor, handyman was on time and the workmanship is well done. The issue was with the price. Work was estimated to take 12 hours to complete, but ended up taking 5 as once the handyman started the work he realized it wasn't as bad as he thought. Was still billed the full amount, company was unwilling to lower the amount so I effectively paid over $200/h for the work.
