Stopped in here yesterday for the first time. Store is clean. Beds are a little old but they're clean as well. My experience with the staff here was very very bad though. I went in yesterday, the 22nd of the month, and was told that no possibility to prorate a membership or sign up without paying a full month of fees exists. The employee literally said to me "ummm I guess you could come back in a week if you're actually serious about signing up otherwise I'll happily charge you $55 today for the next month" I obviously declined. Awkward. The same employee switched gears to up-selling me a single session in their level four tanning bed with facial bulbs. I love facial bulbs and agreed to try it. I get in the bed and the biggest, hottest, center facial bulb was burnt out. I spent the 12 minutes with the sides of my face super hot and the center of it ice cold. When I was done tanning I told the employee the facial bulb was actually burnt out and she says to me "haha yea I knew that already did you want me to do something about it?" Stay away from here- waste of money. My experience just sucked really bad due to the employee that was working. Maybe it isn't always the same girl.
