Never again! My whole experience there was just so frustrating, that all I wanted to do was get out. I normally go to Trade secrets close to my work downtown and since I couldn't wait till Monday I thought mehh I'll go here... been here few years ago and didn't have an issue then. I don't know if management changed but it seriously was a horrible experience. I get there to see if anyone is available for eyebrow waxing,. First off I was greeted by some guy who I'm thinking was probably the manager. Came to the counter with the haircut cape on as he himself was getting his haircut when he came and asked me what I needed done... Professionalism a BIG 0, seriously buddy get someone at the front counter, if you need to tend to your own hair. As for my experience, I honestly hate my eyebrows, the shapes ruined and she emptied them out, she barely used tweezers to clean them up only to empty them. I also got the rest of my face treated (peach fuzz) and I'm now left with burn marks from the wax. Come to pay and the whopping price of 50 bucks for eyebrows and face for what I received just makes me mad. Brutal... Just brutal
