I have been to this place a few times. Yesterday I was there and I had a Groupon and the male worker at the front (possibly the owner) refused to stamp my loyalty card since I paid using a Groupon (I paid the same amount I would have had I not used Groupon). As I proceeded to leave as the massage sucked and I don't tip for bad service, the male worker follows me outside to my car DEMANDING a tip, YES, DEMANDING. I told him I don't tip for bad service and he proceeded to yell at me making a scene in front of other patrons and tells me to not come back anymore. I told him NO PROBLEM and that harassing your patrons for an UNDESERVING $10 tip is freaking BS!!!
Gratuity- something given VOLUNTARY! This place needs to get a clue. You lure people into your business with your $20 foot massages and you demand at least a $10 tip?
