Tried to return graduation items. Made a special down to this location one week before graduation and manager would not return or exchange items. Apparently, the cutoff date was the day before I arrived. Said there were signs posted. I guess I missed those signs. Total amount of merchandise to be returned totaled around $20. So, it is not so much the cost of the items. It is a matter of customer service. Can't believe they are willing to lose a customer over a $20 refund. Buyer beware!!
p.s. if you are looking for party merchandise....go to Hobby Lobby! They have a great selection and WILL return unused items with a receipt.
