Being the closest Target, I thought I would give it one more try, but I have had it with this store. Tonight, I go in and try to purchase 4 cases of soda, because the sale is 4 for 12. I go to the register and they are not ringing up. The nice register employee calls for a manager, Bonnie, who says that the 7 up and Dr Pepper are in a different sale than the Pepsi, and then ask me if I would like to go get a different kind. So I go back to the other side of the store and i look at the sign again. It clearly states that they are all in the same sale. I take the sign to her to show her and she says that Cherry flavor is not included. So now she is just showing that she does not even know the sales that are going in the store. The Cherry Pepsi rang up fine, so why not the 7up? It just says Pepsi on the sign, not all the flavors, because its all them. I ask if she could manually change the price. She says "Not tonight, I can't and are you going to put my sign back?" Really?! You are just going to be rude! What happened to cusomer service? I have literally never had a good experience in this store. I tell her this and tell her that we stop shopping here because of the countless problems. She says, "Thats fine, shop at a different store." What kind of managers are running this store! Its sad that Parma has a better Target than Strongsville!
