This hotel did not meet my expectations of a 4star hotel. The staff first thing were not helpful they did not fill in with requests like early wake up call and forgot about room sending room service up with late dinner meal. I would not book this place again. No free WiFi someone pushed fire alarm in the upper building and this affected the hotel portion as it is all in one building. I would not stay at this location again. The staff were apologetic but not for me this place
