This is a new hotel in dahntahn Pittsburgh and it's pretty nice. I stayed here while in town for a hockey game and liked the location and the newness of everything. Check in was quick and easy although the front desk area is tiny and crowded. Elevators are insufficient for the crowd that was there (the Cowboys were also in town to play the Steelers) but in general should be okay. Room was clean and comfortable. It was also very quiet, which I love. The bed was super comfy and I slept very well. The heating unit made noise a couple of times but it wasn't terrible. Gym was nice and there was enough equipment for me and the other guy who were working out when I was there. I'm not surpirsed it wasn't crowded. Judging by the the Dallas fans I saw at the hotel, they may miss a workout but they never miss a meal! Zing! This is newer and nicer than the Doubletree but not as nice as the Embassy Suites. When I have a choice in the future, I'll still probably stay at one of those just because I like them, but this is a great new addition.
