I've lived here for 5 years now. I've only noticed issues the last 2 years, lots of burglary, and they run the water for plants and grass non stop, half of them are broken and spraying everywhere so if you look down Vegas and Torrey pines its almost always flooding due to Camden vintage. You can see it flowing out the gates. Explains why we all pay 40 bucks a month in water. Then they just recently stopped holding packages for residents in the office so they get left at your door. In any other place that might be okay, but not an apartment where we all have had something stolen off our door or from in our apartment on multiple occasions. I Still have an investigation pending with USPS police force on a neighbor who stole a package and check off my front porch. I think 980$ a month Is more than enough for the office to protect a few packages for everyone. This isn't okay.
