I give Go AZ no stars. Charged me for a recall in 2014. And now the same part broke again and tried to charge me again until i complained They called Kawasaki and Kawasaki paid for the part but they still charged me labor.....then returned my bike to me unwashed with a body part missing. I then took the bike to Cycle Werks in Tempe and Frenchie the bike genius found my rear brakes were completely worn and just about every screw was loose and ready to come out of all my body molding and my chain was loose. When i left his shop the bike was clean and rode as if i purchased it yesterday. I felt unsafe on my motorcycle after taking it to Go AZ and will never go there again. Maybe they should concentrate more on their work rather than hanging out smoking cigarettes in the back.
