This is the first time I had my lashes done, and I can't be happier with them!
When I first sat down, Irene showed me some pictures, and asked me what kind of look I was going for. She educated me on the different types of lashes (thickness, curl, length, etc.) and the process. We then decided together on a combination of two different thicknesses, the curl, and the length. Irene is very knowledgeable and professional.
She was very patient while working on my lashes and made sure that each and every single one of them had an extension on it! There was a very comfy bed with a pillow and blanket (in case I wanted to nap) while she was working on my lashes.
Best of all, I left with a care package, explaining what I can and cannot do to them, as well as a cleansing solution and a brush!
