I had a tree branch fall on my car last winter and my insurance company suggested I take my car here to have it repaired. The customer service was great - everyone was really nice and they even sent me pictures of the repair process. We found a scratch on the tailgate and I had them repair that, too. When I got my car back, everything seemed fine. There was rubbing compound in seemingly every nook and cranny of my car but I figured that I could handle removing that myself. It wasn't until later that I discovered sanding marks under the clear coat, a mis-aligned taillight, a broken license plate light and scratched-up mounts, and a spot where they had chipped the paint and haphazardly touched it up with the wrong color paint. I get upset every time I look at my car now. Now I have to find another shop to fix the car correctly. These guys are horrible and I would never let them touch another one of my cars again, and I make sure to tell everyone how truly awful they are. When your business is bodywork and paint, the best customer service in the world cannot overcome terrible quality.
