I'm back at AAA Steele Creek after visiting ealier this week for an A/C repair. After spending over $500 and having the vehicle released to me on 9/6/17 , I'm back at.this location on 9/9/17 because the A/C is not cooling as it should. Im being told that i may have to bring it back yet again because the A/C expert isnt in today. I've given this location my business for the past 2 years or so. I like AAA as a roadside service and for the other services they provide but I can't say that I've had good service in fixing my vehicles. Earlier this year they released a vehicle to me that they had serviced. I had to bring the vehicle back that same day after it was running rough. The service tech had neglected to reconnect a critical item on the vehicle. NOT GOOD!!
