They are always running behind. I have gotten multiple mri's and a mammogram here. The tech who did my mammogram was bordering on violent, pushing and pulling me more than was necessary, it was quite painful. And i had just had a procedure done on my neck and she kept pushing on it and jerking me around. Their billing department is the worst as well. They always make me over pay, then wait 6 months for a refund, every year, without fail. And they won't issue refunds or tell you you have a credit balance unless you call in to complain about it. They will just sit on your money.
