The driver that we eventually got was great, but customer service leaves a LOT to be desired.
We moved from AZ to NY. We were given a window of three days as to when our belongings would arrive. We called customer service each of those days to get an update and were told she couldn't get a hold of the driver. The only time we got a straight answer from her was when we got upset over the phone and were told that they had, in fact, gotten a driver, but they didn't leave AZ until a few days earlier.
When the truck FINALLY arrived, five days after we last called, the driver told us that their customer service stinks.
I wouldn't refer ANYONE to use this company. Stay FAR AWAY!!!!
