Jessica at Pets Are Cool is awesome! I am so lucky to have found her. She agreed to take my booking on short notice after I had been told by a few pet sitting services that my address was out of their service area. Well, thank goodness it was! I could not have asked for a better sitter. She was responsive, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Most importantly, my cats loved her! I got daily email updates which was great and really put me at ease. I will definitely be calling Jessica the next time I have to go out of town.
