THIS IS PRIMARILY FOR THE WAIT AT THE COUNTER(s)
Ok, PRICE, GREAT. CAR, GREAT. PERSONALITY AT COUNTER, GREAT. WAIT AT COUNTER(s) UNACCEPTABLE. There should not be any reason for a customer to arrive at the counter area and see TWENTY-FOUR people in line at the counter. Almost FORTY minutes later I get my paperwork only to go downstairs and face another line, yes, it was much less. Price again was awesome, but maybe you do get what you pay for.
The return was a BREEZE!! Pull in and they greet you and you're off to the elevator to catch the shuttle.
