A touch of perfection! I have never been so impressed with customer service, that I didn't know what to say. Also, Trane is truly a better product imo.
1. I bought a new Trane a/c unit.
2. The install was very good, the guy took his time, paid attention to things that were important to me.
3. When the hot weather came and the unit was put to the test, everything was tuned to perfection, and I'm hard to impress, and Bell Air Conditioning impressed me!
The unit was installed with a Nest thermostat, which I feel would be great for people who just like things to be easy and just work. However, I like to tune and adjust everything that can be adjusted, to my needs.
They switched out the nest for a ecobee3 thermostat to hopefully give me more options that I needed and I have to say, for those people who like to program things their way, this is the way to go. I spent about 30 minutes on the phone with customer service learning how to use it and away i went. Wow, total control over how things are programed and how each sensor is read by the ecobee3.
I could not be happier with everything. I appreciate the extra time spent making me happy and the overall quality is by far the best of anyone in the valley.
