The custom service from the sales associates I worked with left much to be desired. I definitely know who I won't work with if I visit the store again. However, the manager made up for the mediocre service with discounting my purchases and delivery.
I don't know what the delivery policy is, but the delivery team should be required to call when running extensively late and wear plastic shoes covers when walking through people's home. The trail of dirt and snow that was left on my light colored carpet was upsetting.
Also, it was disappointing for one of the delivery men to ask me or if I knew someone to assemble my table so that they could leave. If delivery was FREE, I would have considered it. If it was beyond the scope of his job, I wouldn't have expected it.
Would I shop here again? Yes. Would I use the associates? Absolutely NOT.
