I agree with so many statements made by Mark D 6/12/2017 wish we had listend
"The crew they sent was their budget crew. The finished product is usable but not done well. "
"The project manager never showed up to check on the job. No one ever came to take pictures for their portfolio."
"Not a very professional company. All I can say is they are not a company you want to hire."
OUR EXPERIENCE - To many examples of NOT being respectful of our property, poor communication, we had to follow up with them on numerous occasions. No customer service - disrespectful, flippant remarks, confrontational and defensive when we tried to voice our issues from all levels of the company.
In the end they promised to stay on the job and not finish until we were satisfied., but the "fixes" were done in haste and of poor quality. We just wanted to be done.....so we finished the project "as is"
What was promised by the sales person was not what we received for our Kitchen remodel.
