My girlfriends and I always make it a point to dine here whenever we are in Vegas. Blue Ribbon Sushi has other locations but this one is located in Las Vegas in the Cosmopolitan Hotel. The service is excellent; waiters are always attentive and friendly. Food is always fresh and good portion sizes.
They have one of the best roasted bone marrows I have ever had. Very juicy, decadent, and flavorful. The sushi that I had this most recent visit to Blue Ribbon was hamachi, uni, ikura, mirugai and ama ebi. The highlight to the meal was the lobser sashimi platter. Everything was sooooo fresh and delicious. I will definitely be coming back for more!
