Was a great place for years up until the cockroach infestation in my new unit. They mostly hung out in the sink but I found them all through out the unit, like by my food-less bed. I remember breaking down crying out of frustration when I'd see one, because nothing I did or VP did curbed the roach problem. No food was ever left out, so I ended up following the legal procedure by writing them a note stating I'll wait for them to resolve the problem in 5 days... they sent pest control over a couple times in the span of a few months and did not get rid of them. I'd come home to a party of roaches in the CLEAN, EMPTY sink. Their defense? "Pest control said your unit was messy with clothes." Not food or drink, but clothes.... I remember breaking down crying out of frustration when I'd see one, because nothing I did or VP did curbed the roach problem. I'm very unhappy with VP since they illegally kept my security deposit AND it negatively affects my credit score. I followed the legal procedure to a T, as my parents are attorneys. As of writing, I've noticed 2 other complaints here about the roaches. Fun! Don't rent in the building that unit #2014 is in because I think it was a building-wide thing.
