I went here today to take my mom to get a cookbook that had just come out. After unsuccessfully trying to find it on our own, I went to the information desk. While waiting in line, I googled the book so that I could give them the exact title to look up. While doing so, the manager rudely asked me if he could help me send a text. Well thanks for assuming that's what I was doing. He looked up the book and told me that they did not have it. On the way out, I spotted the book on a table by the door. My mother went to pay for the book, and he was sweet as candy to her. What is that about?! If I had known for sure we could've gotten the book someplace else, I would've just left and not gotten the book from books a million. I'll be very reluctant to go back.
