When I go to Charlotte, I am use to going to one bakery, but not today. My friends who are locals sent me on a journey to visit another coffee shop/bakery before my day trip to SC for a workshop. I went in and was initially just going to get the Vegan zucchini bread, but I was so surprised when I saw that there was Vegan Baklava as well. Both pieces were reasonably priced, I enjoyed both of them on my way to SC, which was another 2 hours away. 8 hours later, I was on my way back for my 2nd visit. This time, I was asking about loaf and pan prices. Found out that a loaf is only $10, with a 24hr notice. The baklava is $31+ with a week notice. I bought 4 pieces total to have for the rest of the week, one a day. I hope I can stick to the plan. I really can't wait to go back and I don't mind driving an hour and a half to go get it. I'm trying to think now when I'm going back.
