My husband and I chose to go here because it was six minutes away from where we were staying and it received mostly five stars on Yelp. We called ahead of time to make an appointment 2 hours in advance. When we arrived they started preparing our pedicure chairs side by side. Everything was going fine, the lady helping me took her time (which I didn't mind) and gave me a great 5 min foot and lower leg massage. My husband already started his manicure by the time my lady started painting my nails. She had just started to put on the second coat when the boss lady asked her to start on another client while she finished up on me. This is when the experience started going downhill. After this boss lady put on the top layer she was slipping on a disposable slipper on my foot. The nail of my little toe likes to sneak next its friend, ruining the newly placed polish. She noticed this so I thought she was looking for a toe spreader but instead she takes a paper towel and winds it around my toes. That didn't really work because the towel came loose as I walked to the manicure seat and grazed my nail. I asked her to repaint it and she did haphazardly. (Picture of my pinky toe included). So on to my hands. It bothers me when technicians choose to use that spinning buffing machine on natural nails instead of buffing it by hand. Shouldn't that thing only be used on fake nails? I honestly felt like this boss lady rushed through my nails because she had to take care of other things; collecting other client payments, answering the phone calls, directing the other technicians, etc. After the cleaning part she asked me to wash my hands at the sink and to make sure to use the brush. How many other people use that same brush? Gross. I went back to the table and she started placing on the polish. I'm thinking...damn, I took off my watch and wedding ring hoping to get a nice hand massage at least?! Nope, but my husband got a hand massage. When she finished she just hung around to make sure we paid and didn't even bother to help me put my shoes on. Luckily my husband was there to carry them for me. Maybe I'm spoiled with what I'm used to getting at other nail salons that this one really disappointed me and next time I'm in Vegas I would go elsewhere.
