This is one of my favorite brunch place in Madison. This place has gotten super popular now that sometimes we have to wait for a few minutes to get a seat. I've tried the herb cheese sandwich, italian veggie sandwich, and their special of the day, and all came out delicious. As a hot sauce addict, I love the variety of hot sauce they offer and you can pick and choose which flavor you want at the self-service bar area. The side salad is always neatly prepared with garnished pickled vegetables.
I also enjoyed their strong coffee or perfectly executed cup of latte with my meals. Don't forget to order a side of scone that is fluffy and not overly sweet. This cafe also offers 20% off if you have a Bicycle Benefits sticker. The friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere makes 4&20 a perfect brunch date spot.
