We had a couple hours long appointment with Gloria G. in our home to pick out draperies for 3 areas in our home. Doing so is quite a process.... books and books of swatches, pages of hardware options, etc. Well, that was months ago and we never received an estimate. I had multiple emails requesting both the original estimate of full job and also estimate for hardware only. She did respond with hardware estimate, but when I asked what total job estimate was, she seemed surprised I wanted it. After hours of picking out draperies? I told her we would like the total estimate.......she never responded. It seems to me this establishment doesn't want business!! We are serious customers....did not want to sit for hours and pick draperies for NOTHING!! Huge disappointment....terrible customer service and company altogether.
