I just bought a 2012 Altima SR a few months back from a different dealership, and Autonation Nissan is my dealer of choice for maintaining and fixing my car. Now the car itself hasn't really impressed me since I've had to make multiple warranty claims. This dealership however, has taken great care of me and my car. When I took the car in back in August to fix rattles and the LED turn signal on the mirror, they quickly put me into a really nice loaner since I had to go to work. My advisor would call right away as soon as there was any updates with the car, and they usually get the car fixed quickly despite the fact that they are extremely busy. This time, my car is back because of a transmission issue, and they determined that the tranny was bad and ordered a replacement. They couldn't get me into any of their loaners on the lot, but did shuttle me across the street to enterprise to make sure I had a car to drive since I would be out of a car for up to two weeks. Their sales department is pretty nice here too. I haven't bought a car here but I do like to browse once in a while. Their salesmen are not pushy at all, they will approach you but let you browse the lot on your own. And when you do need a salesman for something like a test drive, they don't bug you about running your credit or buying the car on the same day. No pressure at all. I will continue to service my car here until I get rid of it, and this dealer and their service department to everyone I know in need of a car. Thank you for the excellent customer service!!
