Dr. Gross seemed knowledgeable, hence the one star. The office staff was rude and uncaring. There were 2 patients in the waiting room who were in obvious pain. There was no attempt to accommodate them, even after one of them asked for help. The wait time was one hour. Dr. Gross was short and rude, and criticized the treatment plan of the specialist that sent us to his office. Dr. Gross did not make eye contact with us or give us the chance to ask questions. The woman at the check out was highly impersonal and rude as well. I can't remember a time that I have felt more unimportant in a drs office. Eye problems are frightening, and can be very painful. I cannot recommend this office to anyone. We will not be back.
