We definitely like Panago Pizza more then others. They're succinct, efficient, polite and courteous when speaking over the telephone. Customer service works when you yourself are polite and courteous. Speaking to people is two lane highway and you shouldn't hesitate to be forthright and courteous. Even when the delivery person arrives they don't become rude or have attitude if you don't.
