We contacted him online and gave him a time we would like to be contacted, as per his request. He sends a response saying he will do his best to respond in that time frame. Not only did he not respond during that time frame, he did not respond at all. Being too busy is one thing, but to just ignore you and not even take a few seconds to send even an email response? Obviously his website statement about high standards is laughable based on our experience.
