Go in and ask for an ice cream sandwich. You know, other known as an Eskimo Pie. When the kid came up with my "ice cream sandwich, he handed me this soft serve with 2 chocolate crackers on each side. It was probably a half inch wide and I looked at him in amazement. I asked him "what is this?" And he replied, "idk, and ice cream sandwich?" I then asked where are the ice cream sandwiches that every DQ has. He continued to not know what I was talking about. He said I can speak with the manager when he comes in, but that didn't help. I had THE WORST customer service and will. It come to DQ anymore.
