I'm between 3.5 and 4.5 stars. I think they did a good job, not great, but no real complaints. Had an issue with the seam not being fully filled in and they came out and corrected it quickly. So, they're willing to make sure their work is good. I just didn't feel that special something. Maybe I have really high expectations. My only real disappointment is that there was no follow up. I have a small kitchen, but I spent extra getting quartz. It must not be that much extra, because no one called to ask how everything went. I work in the services industry, so I'm used to following up with clients. They answered my million questions, the template guy was great, installers great, sales rep great. Solid 4-star company, and I don't think I want to pay the price for a 5-star, so I'm happy to use them again. Oh, one other thing -- I really think they should switch to hot glue and not staples when taking templates. They stapled directly to the cabinets and a few areas had some slight damage. Nothing you would notice, but I have been known to be a nitpicker, and so I noticed every flaw.
