We arrived Tuesday night, terrified from the Yelp reviews. I went home and prayed, a lot! The next morning we returned to find a pleasant staff, janitorial to nurses. Suzanne took time to sit with me and explain the processes. I told her I was concerned about the reviews and she was able to speak into some of the concerns. It's Saturday, mom is not doing well, but of no fault of staff. Maggie and others whose names I don't know, go out of their way to keep her comfortable.
Just a note to some of the complaining spirits- this is a government institution; understaffed; low budget - help out with a positive attitude, many are truly doing the best they can.
