I've been here twice, the first time was for a fill and I was happy with how my nails turned out so I decided to go back when I needed a new set of pink and whites.
Now here's where my bad experience started, the nails the tech was removing where quiet thick so I expected it to be difficult. What I didn't expect was that when trying to remove one of the nails he would cut my actual nail in half and the ripped part of it off while removing the acrylic. The full set I ended up with is very uneven and not what I asked for at all. I'm very picky with my nails and am always clear with the fact that I want my nails short, square and not overly filled on the sides. Well apparently he was too busy thinking about lunch and ordering it to see he didn't listen. I won't be coming back here and will now have to find someone to fix these when I need a fill.
