My family and I visited last night. I give this restaurant 3.5 stars. We ordered the pulled pork (1/2lb), moist brisket (1/2lb), sausage, sandwich rolls on the side ($0.25), and a potato salad and a coleslaw. I found the cleanliness and the orderliness of the space great. Everything was clean and well stocked. We have 2 adults and 4 kids, so we probably could have ordered a bit more food. The 1/2 lb of pulled pork is about 2- 1/4 cup servings. The pork was good, but seemed to have onions and vinegar seasoning to it. I really just wanted a big pile of moist pork to sauce up. The moist brisket had great smoke flavor, but had quite a bit of fat on it (we will order the lean brisket next time) and was not pull apart tender. It was actually quite chewy and tough. The sausage was spiced well and cooked perfectly. It was surprisingly my favorite item we ordered. Both the salads were well flavored and seemed nice and fresh. We will definitely go back and try a few more items and give the lean brisket a try. We all really loved the sauce and smoke on the food. We also loved sitting on the patio while the weather is so nice. **apparently you can get sliced bread with your meats for no charge! but when I asked if they sold rolls to go with the meats this wasn't mentioned to me, even while spending $35 on dinner. Somewhat of a disappointment. The rolls were warm and buttered and toasted, so it was worth the money this time. (Maybe free bread for the kiddos next time :) We also weren't asked if this was our first time or given any help while staring up at the menu for a few minutes looking perplexed.
