My HD failed and my last backup was months ago. Dantech associate Ugo was matter of fact about my chances at data recovery and new hardware options. I was not pressured once into making any rush decision, or into purchases. They managed to get all the data transferred from my failed HD, which professional utilities showed at 1% capacity. I know I was lucky, but their skill was vital. The price for data transfer from a 500G HD was about $60. They are courteous, professional and I chose them because other online reviews from women were overwhelmingly positive in how they were treated. YMMV but Dantech was real, professional and zero attitude with me. I would go to them again in a heartbeat.
