Other interlock companies give us complicated instructions on how to disconnect or disable their devices by climbing under the dash and using jumper wires. So will even charge the customer up to $50 to allow us to disable the device. Who wants to get a $30 oil change just to pay an extra $50 for the shop to be able to pull their vehicle onto a rack? Today, I even discovered your 'call back' option while I was on hold waiting for a representative, which means I dont have to wait on hold for 45 minutes to get the code to deactivate the device.
