The front office staff is horrendous! They schedule appointments and don't enter them into the scheduling system. You show up for your appointment and they look at you like you're stupid and say you don't have an appointment. They whisper to each other that they found your appointment and continue to say you don't have an appointment. The front office staff is lacking training in following routine procedures for the roles and responsibilities of their positions. The front office are unprofessional and provide poor patient service. The front office presents a horrible impression for the Neurologists practice. As a patient their lack of knowledge makes you question the type of patient care you'll receive especially when the front office is incapable of performing routine tasks.
