I went to see the PA-- Laura as I couldn't get in to Dr Bannister . First off the front desk help was combative over my copay. She is a little 20yr old all tatted up with a bulldog personality. It is so strange that the two Drs are all business and yet the staff looks so unprofessional. The PA, Laura, was so rude that I won't be going back. She said I had acute pink eye and to use visine. There simply has to be a closer more friendly Drs office nearby. Don't fall victim-- try anyplace but this place.
