Eddie and his coworker was on time, super friendly and professional and had the Hale dog door installed within 35 minutes!! The measurements were spot on and it looked like part of my home rather than an installed piece. He not only walked us thru what we he would be doing but when he was done, had us expect all the work and then spent about 25 minutes or so going over the warranty of the door, cleaning instructions and even how to train our dog. We had two friends recommend Purrfect pet doors because we were a bit hesitant to have a hole cut in our wall and I'm telling you, we are very happy we went with Eddie. Another thing we must say is the brand of door, Hale, may seem pricey but once you do your research you will find there is nothing compared to the quality and safety of the Hale door. Spend the money the first time and go with the brand Eddie carries. There is a reason he carries only this door. We are very happy customers and Eddie is a very nice and personable guy!!
